A bank in Denmark bets on dFlow speedgates to innovate the experience of customers and employees.
The message of receptivity and modernity is highlighted by technology.
Participating at trade shows is truly a bridge between Digicon and the world. In addition to functioning as a showcase for technologies, many contacts and partnerships are initiated during these events.
This Danish bank is owned by an association of customers and its mantra is: United we can do more. They are the leaders in the mortgage lending throughout the country and own about 43% of this market. During IFSEC 2019 bank’s representative got to know more about dFlow and its concept.
As of that moment, the relationship between the two companies tightened. The Bank put Digicon in touch with the local systems integrators of its trust. In addition, they visited Idemia’s headquarters in Paris, where four dFlow lanes was installed in 2018. This interaction helped to build trust for the concept.
Still in 2019, Digicon made a visit to Copenhagen to meet potential partners of this project. KIBO Sikring A/S was the chosen one, and little by little, the project progressed until, in September 2020, three passages were installed. The combined work of Digicon, KIBO and Geran Access Products B.V. (Digicon’s distributor in Europe) successfully completed installation and integration of the final solution in what would also serve as proof of concept.
In the office where dFlows systems are installed the solution adds many benefits.
The employees have embraced the dFlow speedgate concept contributing to a safe and secure work environment. After all, a solution like dFlow shows that the doors of the Bank are always open to receive everyone.
