Build to Print Components

Digicon started manufacturing Aeronautical components in 2001 with moderate to complex machined parts for aircraft air management systems. Over the years and according to client and international specifications, Digicon has also developed and certified a diversified set of in-house special processes to improve lead times and maintain a higher level of quality. The result is greater customer satisfaction.

Assured Quality:

Assured quality ensures consistently conforming hardware at competitive prices – which is exactly what Digicon strives for. Robust process implementation, advanced quality systems and instrumentation, constant personnel training, quality clinics and certifications such as AS 9100 and ISO 9001:2000 are just some of the frameworks we work within every day. As a result of these activities we are currently on self-release with our clients.

Group Infrastructure:

Digicon’s aeronautical component division (DCA) spans over 2000 m2 (21,500 sq ft) and is part of a 33,000 m2 (355,000 sq ft) industrial facility. Based on the philosophy of maintaining control over all manufacturing processes, the Digicon Group is constantly renewing its manufacturing equipment and improving already robust processes. It is also developing new capabilities that will help improve its line of products and services.

A modern, clean and well lit machine shop helps produce consistent quality parts.
